Deliveries
Our Standard next day delivery includes UK mainland and Isle of Skye. For all other destinations we need to check delivery dates & charges, so please free to contact us.
We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ONLY, between 9am – 6pm.
We despatch your parcel in the evening for next day delivery. Your parcel will be delivered within 24 hours!
Our salmon deliveries are made in ice boxes containing ice strips to ensure the fish stay in refrigerated temperatures during transit.
We need your full address, post code and telephone number. Our courier, TNT will locate your property using your postcode. As long as this is correct, the driver will have no problem finding where you are. We do also require your telephone number so you can be contacted by driver if necessary.
It is preferable for you to be in to receive delivery as our couriers, TNT, do prefer a signature. However, if you fill in the ‘special instructions’ box on the checkout page with where the courier can leave your parcel, this will be passed on to the driver.
For your convenience we can also deliver to your business address.
We can send salmon as a gift to a different address. All you need to do is supply us with your details for payment purposes and then details of the address which you would like the order to be delivered to. If you are sending the parcel as a gift we can include a gift card and any message you request. We do advise you to ensure that someone will be available to collect the parcel at the delivery address.
