Fresh salmon is one of the tasty and affordable sources of much needed nutrients for everyone. Our fresh salmon are harvested on the West Coast of Scotland where clear Atlantic water off Wester Ross and the deep sea lochs creates great conditions for our salmon. Wester Ross salmon is caught for you by people who understand the fish and who care.
Wester Ross meets the stringent requirements of the RSPCA Freedom Food standard. This scheme covers all aspects of salmon rearing – management, husbandry, equipment, environmental quality, feeding, health, transport and slaughter. This seal of approval will give the consumer full reassurance that only the highest standards of welfare are practised by Wester Ross.
We offer you whole fresh fish as well as fillets, steaks and portions. Our fresh fish is always washed, cleaned and packed before despatch. For your convenience it comes in a handy pack and is delivered in chilled box by express courier.
